I am Cyril Marcelin, a 46-year-old French grandmaster living in Austria with over 25 years of experience in teaching chess. In the early 2000s, I was very active as a player. However, after starting a family, I decided to work more as a coach in order to have a balanced life while pursuing my passion. 
Over the years, I have gained valuable experience by competing against and analyzing with many of the world's top 100 players. Today, I am very happy to share this expertise with all those who put their trust in me. As a coach, my objective is to provide my students with exactly what they need to achieve their goals, whether they are enthusiastic amateurs or aspiring international champions. I also recently published a Chessable course on one of my favorite topics, the Carlsbad Pawn Structure.
